2 Glosses I have fallen in love with

Kevyn Aucoin- The liquid patent lip in "Tammabelle" or "Blushing Pink" available at MECCA or Sephora

Chanel- Creme Gloss Lumiere in "Pink Tuffle" or "Plum Souffle" only available at Neiman Marcus in NY, have not found it in Australia yet.

They are glossy, shiny and not sticky and stay on for ages- I am in love :)

Smells I Adore!

Stretch Marks Suck!

Here are a few tips and tricks for reducing the appearance of those hideous things called stretch marks!

"Skin does not bounce back if it's been stretched by rapid growth due to pregnancy  weight gain, or weight loss, instead it becomes decorated by a form of scarring called stretch marks, or striae. Stretch marks often start off as reddish or purplish in color and then become glossy skin that appears streaked in silver or white.

Stretch marks occur in the dermis, the elastic middle layer of skin that allows it to retain its shape. However, when constantly stretched, the dermis can break down leaving behind stretch marks.

Men and women can get stretch marks on several areas of their bodies, including the abdominal area, thighs, hips, breasts, upper arms, or lower back."

The only non surgical thing that I believe works is a cream called StriVectin SD.  It is a very intensive treatment for existing stretch marks and really does reduce the appearance. It can be bought from Sephora for about $135 ( but try a sample first! )

I have not found it in Australia just yet, but Im sure its available in David Jones or Mecca.

A few other tips: for stretch marks on the stomach during pregnancy my aunty used olive oil rubbed into the stomach and massaged into the skin and she does not have any stretch marks! she swears by it! worth a try!!

Also worth a try is "Bio Oil" or taking a "Vitamin E" supplement.

p.s  tanning only enhances the appearances of those silvery lines so remember to not expose the skin to the sun without sun screen.

VITAMINS, VITAMINS, VITAMINS!

Vitamins can work wonders!
Here are some of the ways vitamins can help your body:

For DRY SKIN take Flaxseed Oil 6 tablets over the day w/foods.
For ACNE & BRITTLE NAILS take Zinc 1 tablet day.
For REDUCING SCARS take Vitamin E 1 tablet day
For CELLULITE take Vitamin C 2 tablets a day or powder form 1 day.
For ACNE & DULL SKIN take Fish Oil capsules 3 a day.

Give it a go! see if the vitamins work for you :)

I take Fish oil and Vitamin C and can see definite improvements in my skin :)
